Summary

Carlos Mattlioli concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation of commercial and corporate disputes, products liability and general civil litigation, appeals of complex cases including class actions, products liability, toxic torts, insurance coverage issues and commercial disputes as well as general civil litigation.


Mr. Mattlioli began his career with Meredith, Donnell & Abernethy (now Donnell, Abernethy & Kieschnick) in Corpus Christi, Texas, at that time, one of the largest firms in South Texas. His practice focused on appeal of complex cases including class actions, products liability, toxic torts, insurance coverage issues and commercial disputes as well as general civil litigation.


Mr. Mattlioli is also a licensed CPA (Texas) and his past experience includes public auditing with a national accounting firm as well as internal auditing performing special investigations and operational audits throughout the United States, Europe and South America for an international oilfield service company.
